BADGER'S BARN provides places for babies and children aged 0-5 years...
We are open for 51 weeks of the year, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. We are closed for one week over Christmas and New Year and all Bank Holidays.
We aim to make Badger’s Barn an extension to your home by providing a fun, caring, stimulating and loving environment for the development of your child.
Badger’s Barn follows a “key worker” system - each child will have one particular member of staff assigned to them, helping then to form a bond and settle happily with us.
Badger’s Barn provides a stimulating, safe environment in which each child can develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially in order to reach their full potential.
Set in it’s own grounds, there are two large secure playing areas equipped with a range of outdoor play equipment, ride on toys and a selection of play houses.
Badger’s Barn only employs suitably qualified and experienced personnel.
We recognise the importance of staff development and have an ongoing training programme for all our team ensuring that we are always up to date with new procedures.
Meals at Badger’s Barn are freshly prepared daily in our own kitchen using fresh produce. The children have a breakfast, a cooked lunch and an afternoon tea. A menu is displayed for parents to see each day.
Vegetarians and special diets can be catered for upon request. We have an open door policy and parents are welcome at any time. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your child’s care or development please see your child’s “key worker” or myself. Confidentiality is respected at all times.
